Business Analyst Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst to bridge business requirements with agile project execution. This role involves acting as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team, analysing requirements, and guiding the team towards delivering value-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gathering and documenting business requirements, translating them into detailed specifications for IT teams.
  • Evaluating current business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing effective solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Analysing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights, and providing actionable recommendations to decision-makers.
  • Working with project teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented and managing change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Serving as a liaison between business units, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  • Developing and testing business solutions, ensuring they meet quality standards and align with business objectives before deployment.
  • Maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including business cases, process flows, functional specifications, user manuals, and testing protocol.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst role, with expertise in documentation, application testing, team management, and requirements analysis.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, data modelling, and agile project management methodologies.
  • Proficiency in using data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing or mentoring team members.
