We are seeking a skilled Machinist Fabricator to join our team at Daffodil Engravers India Pvt Ltd.

About the Role

This is a critical position responsible for operating and maintaining lathe machines to fabricate, modify, or repair parts and components made from various materials.

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare and configure lathe machines, including selecting appropriate tools, setting speeds, and calibrating machinery to meet production specifications.">
• Operate lathe machines to produce parts according to blueprints, sketches, or specific instructions, ensuring quality and accuracy.">
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools to ensure they meet specified tolerances and quality standards.">
• Maintain accurate records of production, including material usage, machine settings, and finished parts.">
• Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other team members to troubleshoot issues, improve processes, and achieve production goals.">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

• Prior experience as a lathe operator or in a similar machining role.">
• Proficiency in operating manual and/or CNC lathes.">
• Knowledge of various materials and machining techniques.">
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.">
• Strong problem-solving skills to address machining issues and make precise adjustments.">
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks.">

What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of ₹ 450,000 - ₹ 600,000 per annum, depending on experience.
