Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment cycle for junior and senior-level positions across all departments as per client and head office requirements.
  • Source resumes from various job portals, referrals, and Naukri.
  • Conduct interviews with candidates and liaise with department heads for technical interviews.
  • Oversee full-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interview coordination, and salary negotiations.
  • Schedule interviews through email and phone communication, ensuring candidates attend interviews at the designated time and date.
  • Coordinate with candidates from interview through to joining date, aiming to ensure stability and reduce attrition.
  • Maintain an organized database in Excel and generate MIS reports.
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing talent from diverse sources, identifying manpower needs in consultation with different functional and operational heads, and conducting selection interviews.
  • Proficient in using ATS (Application Tracking System) with a thorough understanding of Resume Fox recruiting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Qualification: Any Graduate (MBA Preferred)
