We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Placements professional at Marsh India. This hybrid role requires working at least three days a week in the office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Knowledge:
    • Deep understanding of EB product offerings is crucial for success in this role.
    • Proficiency in claims advocacy and servicing is necessary for building strong client relationships.
    • Familiarity with various insurers, their strengths, and weaknesses is essential for effective risk management.
  • Research oriented:
    • Capable of data mining and identifying business opportunities, which can lead to new revenue streams.
    • In-depth gap analysis for large proposals to meet client needs while maintaining company profitability is a key responsibility.
    • Preparation of Quotes Comparison Reports (QCR) with useful insights for clients is a critical task.
  • Key Stakeholder Relationship Management:
    • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders at insurance companies for competitive quotes is a top priority.
    • Regular visits to insurance companies for continuous engagement are necessary to build trust and foster partnerships.
  • Audit MIS Reporting:
    • Entering RFQs and proposal details into the database is an essential administrative task.
    • Generating reports for analysis is critical for making informed business decisions.
    • Sharing status updates with the Head – QMS is necessary for ensuring seamless communication.
    • Providing information and documentation to auditors, resolving queries is a key aspect of this role.
    Requirements
    • 5-8 years of experience in the insurance industry is required for this position.
    • Corporate Relationship Management/Business Solution Provider from a service background is a must-have skill set.
    • Ability to manage diverse client cultures is essential for success in this role.
    • MBA from a reputed B-School is preferred but not mandatory.
    • Proven leadership skills, attention to detail, good networking skills, strong communication/presentation skills, and good judgement/analytical skills are all highly valued in this position.
