Lead User Experience Designer

In this role, you'll design intuitive user experiences for AI-powered applications that will transform our product offerings. You'll be working with a dynamic team that's shaping the future of enterprise solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Staying current with emerging UX trends, especially in human-AI interaction and conversational UX.
  • Designing user interfaces for GenAI applications, ensuring usability, accessibility, and an optimal user experience.
  • Conducting user research, creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to validate design concepts and iterate based on user feedback.
  • Collaborating with GenAI Engineers to translate AI models into effective UI/UX solutions.

You must have:

  • Minimum 3 years of total experience with at least 1 year of relevant experience in UX design and front-end development for AI or complex software applications.
  • Hands-on experience in designing and implementing user interfaces, including creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and experience with user research methodologies.
