Technical Problem Solver

The primary objective of this role is to provide operational support and maintenance for assigned application systems. This involves identifying and resolving issues, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring system uptime.

In this position as a Reliability Engineer, you will:

• Be a collaborative team player - work in an environment that encourages sharing information, respecting diverse ideas, interacting with customers, and partnering with cross-functional teams. Provide analysis and design reviews to other members and groups within the department to avoid duplication of efforts in solving the same application problem within different products.

Evaluate new technologies and software products to determine feasibility and desirability of incorporating capabilities within our products.
• Be proactive: Proactively investigate, design, configure/integrate, and test process control solutions to a variety of technical problems.
• Be agile - with a strong sense of urgency and a desire to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment to deliver solutions against strict timelines.
• Be an effective communicator - articulate complex technical issues, share ideas, participate in peer-reviews/design review boards, and exhibit strong listening skills.

About you:

You are a fit for this role if you:

• Have 3-6 years of experience as a reliability engineer or similar role.
• Have hands-on experience in cloud computing.
• Have 3+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps technologies like Git, GitHub, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, ADO pipeline, containerization, and orchestration.
• Have scripting knowledge like shell script, PowerShell, bash, yaml, and groovy.
• Have experience with tools like GitHub actions, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
• Have working experience on clusters and high-availability solutions.
• Have hands-on experience in Linux/Windows infrastructure knowledge of networking.
• Can proactively resolve technical hurdles and continue innovative efforts within SAFe development practices.
• Can collaborate and communicate with other team members to decompose large tasks into small testable tasks.
• Have experience working with agile and scrum methodologies.
