Trainee Barista

We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Trainee Baristas. As a Trainee Barista, you will be responsible for providing legendary customer service to all customers and creating the Starbucks Experience by delivering high-quality beverages and products.

Starbucks India is a 50:50 Joint Venture between Tata Global Beverages and Starbucks Coffee Company. Our core business is more than just coffee – we're in the people business selling coffee. • Students pursuing 11th or Secondary / 10th pass level
• Minimum 16 years of age
• Valid Aadhar card

Our 12-month Paid Apprenticeship program offers:

• On-the-job training with experienced baristas
• A salary of ₹20,000 per month (estimated)
• Online assessments at 3 and 11 months
• A government-recognized and Starbucks co-branded certificate upon successful completion
