  • Conceptualize and craft motion-driven visuals for UI animations, explainers, campaigns, social content, and product videos.", "
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, Marketing, and Art Direction teams to align storytelling, visual tone, and brand consistency.", "
  • Develop storyboards, animatics, and style frames to visualize motion concepts before execution.", "
  • Execute and refine animations using industry-standard tools (e.g., After Effects, Illustrator, Rive), ensuring quality from concept to final render.", "
  • Stay updated on motion design trends, tools, and techniques to continually enrich visual craftsmanship.", "
", "Experience & Qualifications", "

  • Education: Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Animation, Motion Graphics, Graphic Design, or related field.", "
  • Experience: 5+ years in motion graphics or related roles—preferably in technology, product, or agency environments.", "
  • Portfolio: A strong reel or portfolio showcasing storytelling through UI, campaign, product, or explainer animations.", "

  • Software Proficiency: Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, RIve; bonus if experienced with Cinema 4D, Blender, or Maya.", "
  • Design Foundations: Strong understanding of animation principles (timing, easing, anticipation), typography, colour, layout, and motion design best practices.", "
