The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Snaphunt. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless handoffs and maximize sales opportunities.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales development or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
