The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience in content creation, social media management or a similar role. Proficiency in tailoring content to maximize engagement on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok is crucial for this position.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing platform-specific strategies to grow Masoom's digital presence, planning and executing high-impact campaigns, analyzing audience data, trends, and competitor activity, and setting measurable KPIs for campaigns.

You will collaborate with our creative team to conceptualize content ideas, provide direction for video and visual content production, oversee and refine the writing of scripts, captions, and key campaign messages, and ensure all deliverables are on-brand and delivered on time.

Audience engagement and growth are also critical aspects of this role, including implementing strategies to foster community engagement, building a loyal following across platforms, monitoring audience interactions, responding to comments, and staying updated on platform algorithm changes.

This role requires strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as experience in production coordination, managing on-ground shoot logistics, and collaborating with vendors and creative partners.
