Responsibilities:
">- Coordinate day-to-day office activities for designated Directors
- Plan, prioritize, and schedule meetings and appointments
- Publish meeting minutes and follow up on necessary actions
- Manage the calendar of designated Directors
- Perform various clerical duties, including data entry and customer contact management
Requirements:
">- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
