
Spare Parts Inventory Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory of spare parts utilizing robust inventory management systems.
- Receive incoming shipments, inspect for damage or discrepancies, and update stock records in a timely manner.
- Issue required spare parts to service technicians based on job requirements.
- Coordinate with the service advisor and workshop team to forecast demand and optimize parts availability.
- Monitor stock levels and generate purchase orders as necessary to avoid stockouts and ensure continuity of operations.
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of all parts for easy identification, accessibility, and efficient retrieval.
- Handle customer inquiries for spare parts and provide assistance with direct part sales as needed.
- Perform regular audits to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies in stock records.
- Maintain detailed records of stock movement, returns, damaged items, and warranty parts for future reference.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to facilitate order follow-ups, returns, or claims, and maintain effective relationships.
- Maintain a clean and organized parts storage area, adhering to established standards and protocols.

- Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.
- Basic mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy parts as required.
