Odoo Technical Functional Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Odoo professional to help our clients optimize their business processes through Odoo implementation and customization.

Key Responsibilities:

Consultation and Requirements Analysis:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
  • Analyze and document client requirements and objectives.
  • Provide expert advice on how Odoo can address specific business needs.

Odoo Implementation:

  • Customize and configure Odoo modules to meet the clients' requirements.
  • Install, upgrade, and maintain Odoo applications.
  • Ensure data migration and system integration if necessary.

Development and Customization:

  • Design and develop custom Odoo modules or apps as per client needs.
  • Modify existing modules to enhance functionality or user experience.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues related to Odoo development.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

  • Perform rigorous testing to ensure the stability and functionality of Odoo solutions.
  • Identify and rectify bugs and issues in a timely manner.

Training and Support:

  • Train end-users and clients on how to effectively use Odoo.
  • Provide ongoing technical support and assistance to clients.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience as an Odoo Consultant and Developer.
  • Proficiency in Python programming.
  • Strong understanding of Odoo ERP modules and customization.
  • Experience with web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Odoocertification is a plus but not required.
