Faculty of Technology and Analytics Position

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced professional to lead our technology and analytics programs. As a faculty member, you will be responsible for designing and delivering innovative teaching and learning experiences for undergraduate and postgraduate students in computer science and analytics.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a subject matter expert to join our team and contribute to the development of our academic programs. You will have the chance to work with a diverse group of students, staff, and industry partners, and to shape the future of education in technology and analytics.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver curricula for UG and PG students in BCA, MCA, and PGDM (Analytics) that are aligned with industry standards and best practices.
  • Teach across a range of modules/units or within a subject area using appropriate teaching, learning support, and assessment methods and technologies.
  • Assess the work and progress of students and provide them with constructive feedback that promotes growth and improvement.
  • Seek ways of improving performance by reflecting on teaching design and delivery, including online delivery and blended learning approaches, and obtaining and analyzing feedback.
  • The ideal candidate should have had research publications in reputable journals or conferences.
Requirements:
  • Master's in Technology / Engineering in Computer Science / Master's with Analytics specialization with minimum 8+ years of experience.
  • Academicians with prior corporate experience preferred.
  • Candidates with a Ph.D. qualification are desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, staff, and industry partners.
Working Conditions:

Candidates from Bangalore residing within 20 km radius of the ISME campus or willing to shift near the campus may apply.
