Textile Creative Specialist

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Textile Designer to join our team.
- Develop creative and trend-forward print designs for bedsheets and other home furnishing categories.
- Translate global and domestic trends into commercial designs suited for the retail market.
- Collaborate with merchandising and sourcing teams to align design output with product planning and timelines.
- Coordinate with production and vendors to ensure quality and accuracy in sampling and final output.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to drive innovation in design.
- Prepare mood boards, color palettes, CADs, and print repeats for presentations and approvals.
Key Requirements:
- 1.5 – 2 years of hands-on experience in textile/print design, preferably in an export house.
- Expertise in bedsheet design and familiarity with both soft and hard furnishings.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD software.
- Strong design sensibility with an eye for detail, color, and composition.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with multiple stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Textile/Fashion Design from a reputable institution.
