Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced project leader to support the management of electrical infrastructure projects under the Benin Rural Electrification Project.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, project management, and business development, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, ensuring timely submission of technical and financial bids, and maintaining a high bid-to-win ratio.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior project managers and engineers, fostering a collaborative and results-driven team culture.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with government officials, contractors, and local communities.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 15+ years of experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects, specifically in rural electrification or power distribution.
  • Travel/Relocation: Willingness to relocate to Benin and travel to any location for site visits and coordination.
