Job Description:

We are seeking an EPM Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance technology and consulting, with experience in implementing and supporting Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to clients, as well as collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues. You will also be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in EPM tools and technologies, and to participate in knowledge sharing and process improvement initiatives.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of financial close, consolidation, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, as well as hands-on experience with CCH Tagetik or other leading EPM tools. They will also possess excellent client-facing and problem-solving skills, with strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in finance technology or consulting
  • Experience with CCH Tagetik or other leading EPM tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
