3D Product Quality Manager

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Manager to join our 3D team.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for visuals, a passion for process improvement, and the ability to drive quality standards in 3D product editing.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high visual standards through realism, lighting, and layout
  • Audit editor work, track rework trends, and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with trainers to upskill editors based on real data
  • Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), streamline workflows, and optimize editing efficiency without compromising quality
  • Enhance Jeeves scores, reduce rework, and increase internal editing adoption
Eligibility Criteria:
  • 3-5 years of experience in virtual staging
  • QA or team lead experience
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Blender, and 3DsMax
  • Data-driven mindset and strong visual feedback skills
  • Degree in Architecture or 3D Product Designing
