Job Title: Artist Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Artist Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and driven individual to take on a key role in managing the careers of artists and creators.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns, including campaign setup, influencer selection, and timeline management. They will also work closely with influencers to coordinate content creation and ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong knowledge of social media and influencer trends, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills. Previous experience in artist/influencer management is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Work with influencers to coordinate content creation and ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Support identifying and reaching out to potential influencers, negotiating terms, and maintaining influencer relationships.
  • Review influencer content to ensure it meets brand standards before posting.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Manage talent schedules and availability, ensuring alignment with client campaign timelines and deliverables.
  • Work closely with the creative and strategy teams to ensure campaigns align with the brand's objectives and influencers' strengths.
  • Support Senior Manager in executing influencer campaigns.
  • Identify and onboard new talent, and manage high-potential creators.

Requirements:

  • 6 months - 1 year experience in artist/influencer management.
  • Strong knowledge of social media and influencer trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
