Senior Site Architect & Draftsman

We are seeking a highly skilled and accomplished Senior Site Architect & Draftsman to spearhead architectural projects from conception through completion.

As a key member of our architectural team, you will be responsible for designing and developing architectural projects that meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement innovative architectural designs and layouts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and exceed client expectations
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues and opportunities
  • Analyze and resolve complex architectural challenges and problems
  • Prepare working drawings and detailing with precision and accuracy
  • C coordinate building services and communicate effectively with stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in architecture and drafting with a proven track record of success
  • Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit) and other industry-standard tools
  • Strong understanding of building services and coordination principles
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture with a focus on design and construction management
