Job Title: Frontend Development Leader

We are seeking an experienced and skilled frontend lead to spearhead the development of scalable, responsive, and user-friendly applications using cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive frontend architecture and development of scalable web applications using modern frontend frameworks.
  • Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and backend teams to create seamless user experiences.
  • Implement best practices for performance, scalability, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Oversee state management using industry-standard tools.
  • Ensure frontend build pipelines and deployment processes are efficient and streamlined.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentor frontend developers, and conduct code reviews.
  • Stay current with evolving frontend technologies and frameworks.
  • Establish design standards and enforce coding practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 2+ years of frontend development experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
  • Strong expertise in state management (Redux, NgRx).
  • Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs and backend integration.
  • Experience with frontend build tools (Webpack, Babel, npm).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
