Project Management Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the development and execution of communication strategies that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Strategic Communication Plans: Create and implement comprehensive communication plans that enhance brand identity and drive engagement.
  • Craft Compelling Content: Develop engaging content for internal and external communication, including social media, blogs, newsletters, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Manage Brand Messaging: Ensure consistency in tone, language, and brand positioning across all platforms.
  • Lead Employee Engagement Activities: Drive employee engagement through various initiatives, including events, digital storytelling, and brand campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, HR, talent, and leadership teams to amplify key initiatives.
  • Monitor Brand Perception: Analyze communication effectiveness and optimize strategies based on insights.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in branding, communications, or related fields.
  • Possession of an MBA in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong ability to craft compelling narratives and manage multi-channel communications.
  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration, leadership teams, and external partners.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for brand consistency.
  • Ability to analyze brand perception and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Experience with employee engagement and digital storytelling initiatives.
