Responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with business and IT teams to champion development and integration standards.
  • Designing and deploying scalable features using Salesforce configuration.
  • Working closely with the Salesforce Process Architect to ensure designs adhere to best practices.
  • Supporting business product owners in story development to ensure requirements are met.
  • Creating documentation to ensure all components and processes are open and transparent.
  • Optimizing and improving existing Salesforce implementations for maximum benefit.
  • Staying up-to-date with new Salesforce features and aiding the business in regression testing.
  • Acting with urgency and a sense of ownership in driving Delta's success.
  • Providing support for off-hours problems when they arise.
