Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing security infrastructure systems in a global environment.

Your primary focus will be on evaluating, selecting, and configuring security tools and technologies to ensure the protection of our digital assets.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential security risks, develop and implement incident response plans, and conduct periodic vulnerability assessments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and select security infrastructure systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
  • Design and configure security tools and technologies to protect digital assets
  • Identify and mitigate potential security risks through threat analysis and penetration testing
  • Develop and implement incident response plans to minimize business disruption
  • Conduct periodic vulnerability assessments to identify areas for improvement
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in platform security architecture or engineering
  • Proven expertise in cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Familiarity with industry-standard tools and frameworks, such as Splunk, Tenable, and Mitre ATT&CK
  • Demonstrated experience in one or more programming languages, preferably Java or Python
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications

The following qualifications would be advantageous:

  • Cloud security certifications, such as AWS Certified Security Specialty
  • Experience with SOAR platforms to automate security operations
  • Industry-recognized certifications, such as GIAC, ISACA, or ISC2
