We are seeking a highly skilled Credit and Collections Specialist to join our team at Maersk. As a key member of our Collections space, you will be responsible for delivering daily execution and providing support for process improvements and projects.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain collections for clients, clusters, and Business Units, ensuring timely collection of all invoice types.
- Perform credit reviews, credit reporting, and analysis, as well as monitor and report on customers in breach of credit terms.
- Provide first-level support to team members, including credit reporting and analysis, and customer queries and requests.
- Execute outbound telephone calls and other customer contact to resolve disputes and maintain customer data.
- Agilely work with the team to identify and implement process improvements and new ideas that benefit the organization.
- Support Business Continuity Planning (BCP) efforts to minimize business impact.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of credit and collections processes and procedures.
- Experience with credit reporting and analysis.
