Neural Machine Translation Researcher

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled researcher with expertise in neural machine translation (NMT) and/or large language models (LLMs). The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting cutting-edge research, publishing results in top AI conferences or journals, and collaborating with an international team using English as the main working language.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement novel NMT architectures and evaluate their performance on benchmark datasets
  • Conduct experiments to compare the efficacy of different training methodologies and hyperparameters
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate NMT solutions into production environments
  • Develop and maintain high-quality documentation of research findings and technical implementation details

Requirements:

  • Ph.D. or Masters in Computer Science background or Bachelor's with hands-on experience on Python with applications in Language Processing
  • Hands-on research in neural machine translation (NMT) and/or large language models (LLMs)
  • Strong experimentation capability (accountability, agility, problem-solving skills, etc.)
  • Passion about cutting-edge research
  • Smooth English communication
