Our team is building artificial intelligence agents that streamline sustainability tasks. By leveraging large language models and intelligent workflows, we automate manual processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

About the Role
  • We are seeking an experienced AI professional to architect and develop autonomous systems that drive automated sustainability workflows across global supply chains and corporate operations.
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in building retrieval-augmented generation pipelines and multi-agent workflows using LangChain or LlamaIndex.
  • A strong understanding of evaluation frameworks (OpenAI Evals, Ragas, TruLens) for measuring agent performance, factuality, and robustness is essential.
  • Experience with fine-tuning and serving large language models (via LoRA/QLoRA) for sustainability-specific use cases is required.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Python, Transformers (Hugging Face), and modern GenAI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
  • Demonstrated ability to design, evaluate, and ship agentic systems using real-world data.
  • Strong understanding of prompt engineering, context handling, and model evaluation.
