Leadership Role: Manufacturing Excellence

This key leadership position drives the development and implementation of Manufacturing Excellence processes across multiple sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring adherence to Global Supply Chain best practices, leveraging industry standards to enhance performance.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement through process standardization and employee development.
  • Develop and implement a Performance Improvement strategy supporting operational objectives to deliver overall business excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvement programs and culture change, consistently achieving business goals.
  • Drive implementation of improvement programs and culture change to achieve operational efficiency.

This role requires strong focus on Process Improvement, Waste Reduction, Efficiency Optimization, Root Cause analysis, and Problem-Solving skills. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated team leadership, ability to implement and sustain culture change, and orientation towards long-term business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement effective process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Waste Reduction: Identify and eliminate waste in operations to minimize costs and maximize output.
  • Efficiency Optimization: Analyze and optimize business processes to improve productivity and reduce inefficiencies.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Conduct thorough root cause analysis to identify and address underlying issues.
  • Problem-Solving: Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve complex business challenges.
