Internal Communications Specialist

We are seeking an all-rounded communications professional with a creative spark and passion for building culture from the inside out. This role involves working closely with various teams to develop and execute compelling internal campaigns that engage employees, embed purpose, and strengthen connection across our ecosystem.

This position requires direct line management of Manager – Internal Corporate Communications. Key responsibilities include crafting impactful internal communications, translating ideas into visually appealing content using design tools, building organizational messaging in the form of videos, and collaborating with other departments to create unified and strategic messaging.

  • Experience: 3–4 years in internal communications, employee engagement, or corporate brand storytelling
  • Design Acumen: Hands-on with Canva, Corel Draw (or Illustrator) is a must. Knowledge of Photoshop is a strong plus
  • Any Editing Software – Adobe Photoshop, Canva Video, etc.
  • Brand Thinking: Solid understanding of brand voice, tone, and visual consistency
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in communications, visual comms or a related field
  • AI Curiosity: Exposure to creative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E) is a bonus
