Role : Senior Web Architect

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the design, development, and deployment of high-performance web applications using React and FastAPI.

Key responsibilities include leading a team in system architecture, mentoring junior developers, delivering complex product features end-to-end, architecting scalable backend services, owning frontend solutions, driving technical discussions with cross-functional teams, and collaborating with DevOps for CI/CD and infrastructure needs.

Required Skills :

- 4-8 years of experience as a full stack developer

- Strong command of React.js, TypeScript, component architecture, state management (e.g., Redux)

- Deep understanding of Python, FastAPI, and API development

- Experience with database schema design (SQL/NoSQL), indexing, and performance tuning

- Solid understanding of security principles (e.g., OAuth2, JWT, HTTPS)

- Hands-on experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing

- Familiarity with Agile development, Jira, and collaborative workflows

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

- Knowledge of GraphQL or WebSockets is a plus
