Key Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize, produce, and publish Reels, Stories, and short-form videos that captivate our audience.
  • Stay ahead of emerging social trends, audio formats, and pop culture phenomena.
  • Maintain a dynamic content calendar that drives engagement and growth.
  • Partner with design, copywriting, and strategy teams to elevate our brand's visual identity.
  • Oversee shoots, behind-the-scenes captures, and rapid-turnaround content production.
  • Ensure all content remains fresh, aligned with our brand voice, and optimized for maximum engagement.

Occasionally, you may take center stage or script engaging content.

Requirements:
  • 0-1 year of experience in content creation or social media marketing.
  • A strong sense of visual storytelling and design principles.
  • Comfort with mobile editing apps like CapCut/InShot.
  • A self-motivated individual with a passion for innovation, trend spotting, and problem-solving.

Bonus: A camera-friendly personality, voiceover skills, or meme-savviness would be a plus.
