Main Responsibilities:

As a Salesforce Developer at 282 KONE Elevator India P, you will be responsible for developing applications, enhancements, and integrations on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other relevant technologies.

You will customize and configure Salesforce to meet specific business needs, including building custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and process automation.

Additionally, you will integrate Salesforce with external systems to facilitate data exchange and streamline business processes.

You will conduct thorough unit testing of developed code and resolve any defects or issues that arise during the testing phase.

Furthermore, you will participate in the deployment process, including the migration of code between development, testing, and production environments.

You will create and maintain technical documentation, including technical design documents, data models, and system architecture diagrams.

Finally, you will adhere to Salesforce development best practices and security standards to ensure the stability, scalability, and security of the Salesforce platform.

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer who possesses a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Minimum professional experience of 8 years with a minimum of 5 years in Salesforce is required.

Hands-on experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud is necessary, and knowledge of other Salesforce clouds (Marketing and Experience) is an added advantage.

Expertise in Salesforce integration using REST, SOAP, and knowledge of Salesforce APIs is required.

Good knowledge of handling and simplifying Salesforce data integration designs with backend systems like SAP, IoT, etc. is necessary.

Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative capabilities is required.

Knowledge of front-end web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

Should possess Salesforce App Builder and Developer certification(s). Other Salesforce certification(s) are an added advantage.

Demonstrated track record of clear achievements from previous positions held is necessary.

Experience in Agile methodology and ways of working is required.

Experience in working in an international environment with stakeholders distributed globally is necessary.

Analysis and problem-solving skills are essential.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills in English are required.

Ideally, experience with augmenting software development through the use of GenAI is desirable.
