Senior Manager of Process Excellence

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager of Process Excellence to join our team at Zepto. This is a dynamic role that requires a versatile background and the ability to create and implement structures and processes across different functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive efficiency and data-driven decision-making across various verticals of the organization.
  • Build processes, identify bottlenecks, and optimize operations across different departments.
  • Use analytical skills to evaluate existing processes and drive improvements, with proficiency in SQL for data analysis and dashboard creation.
  • Manage a team and play a key role in recruitment efforts as we scale our operations.
  • Create standardized processes and frameworks to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders across functions to ensure that processes align with business needs and improve overall efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in process improvement, data analysis, or related fields, with strong proficiency in SQL and dashboard creation.
  • A generalist background with the ability to work across multiple departments and functions.
  • Experience in creating structures, processes, and frameworks within an organization.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing a team and handling recruitment processes.
  • Knowledge of Mixpanel and experience with dashboarding tools is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset to engage with diverse teams.
