Senior Quality Engineer Job Description

At a leading software firm, we are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Engineer to guarantee the quality of our software products.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies for critical business projects.
  • Expertise in automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) and integrating them into continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered testing and analysis tools (e.g., test generation, risk prediction, smart reporting).
  • In-depth understanding of secure software development practices and automated security testing.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, DevSecOps, and AI-driven methodologies.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • Over 10 years' experience in software quality engineering, including large-scale, complex projects.
  • ISTQB Advanced certification is preferred.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and microservices architectures is highly desirable.
