AV/ADAS Test Engineer: A Crucial Role in Autonomous Vehicle Development

The team is seeking an accomplished professional to spearhead our autonomous vehicle testing efforts. This position will focus on ensuring the reliable and safe operation of advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) and autonomous vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test and validate ADAS functions, including adaptive cruise control, lane keeping, autonomous emergency braking, and automated parking assist.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure system reliability and identify potential issues.
  • Analyze data from simulated and real-world testing environments to inform design decisions.
  • Collaborate with sensor technologies, such as RADAR, LIDAR, and cameras, to develop effective testing strategies.
  • Apply knowledge of automotive industry standards, including ISO 26262 and ASPICE, to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain simulation environments for closed-loop testing.
  • Automotive expertise using Python would be a plus.
