Job Title: Manager - Engineering

We're expanding our core engineering team and need a technical leader who can architect, deliver, and own business-critical platforms end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and tune microservices, event pipelines, distributed caches, and cloud-native deployments.

• Drive engineering excellence by establishing coding standards, automating CI/CD, and championing observability and SRE practices.

• Lead and mentor senior engineers; facilitate architecture reviews and pair design.

• Translate features into business impact by partnering with Product and Data teams to optimize conversion, retention, and unit economics.


Requirements:

• 8-12 years of production software experience, with 3+ years in a staff or tech-lead capacity.

• Proven success delivering high-scale, low-latency systems in e-commerce, quick commerce, food-tech, fintech, or similar domains.

• Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, Redis, SQL, NoSQL, Kubernetes, and cloud providers.

• Solid command of domain-driven design, clean architecture, and cost optimization.

• Passion for mentoring and a 'you build it, you run it' mindset.
