Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for testing functional and non-functional features of our product, ensuring software meets architectural requirements, and developing automated tests for software validation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, enhance, debug, and run test cases
  • Possess strong experience with PyTest and Selenium, with a minimum of 3 years of expertise
  • Collate and monitor defect management processes
  • Manage changes and execute regression tests
  • Develop effective solutions for object identity and error handling challenges
  • Track bug life cycles from test initiation to resolution
  • Conduct automated and manual tests to ensure software meets its purpose
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure bugs are fixed based on test case results
  • Identify non-show-stopper bugs from severe issues
  • Recognize weaknesses in our products and propose improvements
  • Participate in requirement reviews to write and assist others in writing test cases
  • Write and maintain test plans, environments, test cases, automation scripts, and track defects
  • Make recommendations for process enhancements, quality, and customer experience
  • Create training materials, operating manuals, and document quality assurance activities
  • Assist in building an automation testing team

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, IT, or a related field
  • 4-7 years of experience with solid coding skills for designing automated solutions
  • Familiarity with Agile development approaches and CI/CD principles
  • Strong knowledge in identifying and selecting automation frameworks
  • Proficiency in multiple programming languages and coding design patterns
  • Experience with Python (mandatory), Selenium, Appium, Git, Rest Assured, and Postman
  • Mobile and Web UI test automation experience
  • Understanding of HTML and JS fundamentals
  • API test automation experience
