Artificial Intelligence Architect

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge AI systems.

As a highly experienced AI Architect, you will be responsible for developing agentic AI solutions using AWS services, including Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, Step Functions, EventBridge, OpenSearch, and DynamoDB.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and architecting agentic AI systems that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Defining multi-agent orchestration strategies for clinical data workflows, source verification, discrepancy detection, and intelligent query generation.
  • Evaluating trade-offs between LLM-based reasoning, rules engines, and hybrid AI architectures to drive efficiency and compliance.
  • Building and integrating solutions using agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, CrewAI, and AutoGen.
  • Mentoring and guiding AI engineers, developers, and DevOps teams on agent-based designs and scalable ML workflows.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field (PhD preferred).
  • 8-12 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with 3-5 years in cloud-native AI architecture.
  • Proven expertise with AWS AI stack: Bedrock, SageMaker, Comprehend Medical, Textract, Kendra, and Lex.
  • Strong knowledge of agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, CrewAI, and AutoGen).
  • Hands-on experience in workflow orchestration (Step Functions, Airflow, Temporal) and multi-agent pipelines.
  • A background in healthcare/life sciences AI solutions with understanding of regulatory compliance (HIPAA, GxP, FDA/EMA guidelines preferred).
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and solution governance skills.
