Custodian of High-Net-Worth Assets

About the Role:

We are seeking an accomplished professional to oversee the management of high-net-worth assets. As a custodian of these assets, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and objectives.

You will provide personalized advice and wealth management solutions tailored to each client's needs and risk appetite. This will involve conducting regular portfolio reviews and performance updates to ensure alignment with their financial objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in wealth management products, including Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) and Portfolio Management Services (PMS). They will educate clients on features, benefits, and risks associated with various wealth management products and recommend suitable investment strategies based on client preferences and risk profiles.

A key aspect of this role is identifying new business opportunities and generating leads through networking and referrals. You will also drive business growth by effectively cross-selling wealth management products and services.

To excel in this position, you must have a thorough understanding of investment products and providers to mitigate risks. Accurate records of client interactions and transactions must be maintained in accordance with compliance standards.

Requirements:
  • Relevant experience of 12 - 18 years in wealth management
  • Strong understanding of wealth management products, including AIFs and PMS
  • Proven track record of building and managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant regulatory certifications (e.g., AMFI, NISM)
