Lead AIOPs Specialist

In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the development and deployment of advanced AI/ML models, encompassing Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI architectures. Your expertise in Python frameworks, particularly TensorFlow, will be instrumental in crafting scalable solutions.

As a seasoned professional, you will possess extensive hands-on experience with Python libraries and frameworks, along with a deep understanding of cloud platforms, such as GCP and Microsoft Azure. Familiarity with modern monitoring and alerting systems, as well as RPA tools like UiPath, is essential for ensuring infrastructure health and performance.

Your proficiency in ITSM processes, Service desk tools, and data visualization tools like Tableau will enable you to translate business needs into actionable AI-driven solutions. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and articulation skills are crucial for effective team leadership and collaboration.

Mandatory Skills
  • AIOps: Proficient in developing and deploying AI/ML models, including LLMs and Agentic AI architectures.

  • CLOUD PLATFORMS: Familiarity with GCP and Microsoft Azure platforms.
