About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Automation Test Lead Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, 8+ years of experience in automation testing and excellent communication skills.

This is a full-time remote role where you will be responsible for developing and executing automated tests, creating test cases, and performing manual testing as needed. You will collaborate with development teams to ensure software quality and address any issues identified during testing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing automated tests using frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, webdriverIO, or Appium
  • Creating test cases and performing manual testing as needed
  • Collaborating with development teams to ensure software quality and addressing any issues identified during testing
  • Designing and implementing quality assurance processes and contributing to continuous improvement efforts

Requirements

  • Skills in automation Quality Assurance, Manual Testing, and using and creating Test Cases
  • Ability to build testing automation framework from scratch and integration with CI/CD pipeline
  • Proficiency in Software Testing and understanding of Software Development principles
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with test automation tools and frameworks is mandatory,
  • Ability to present QA Automation solutions to customers and leadership.
  • Experience with eCommerce and CRM in an enterprise setting.
