A medical professional with a specialization in surgery is required to join our organization and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To examine patients and make diagnoses to determine the need for surgical intervention.
  • To review patients' medical history and develop plans for treatment.
  • To advise patients on the risks associated with surgical procedures.
  • To perform surgical operations to prevent or correct injury, disease, deformities, and patient function while adhering to regulatory and ethical standards.
  • To follow established surgical techniques during surgery.
  • To prescribe preoperative and postoperative treatments and procedures.
  • To ensure sterility in the operating room, and all equipment and instruments.
  • To direct and coordinate activities of hospital staff for proper patient care.
  • To oversee all treatments prior to and post-surgery, and identify associated risks.
  • To maintain the highest regard for patient dignity and observe the precepts of the American Hospital Associations Bill of Rights for patients.
  • To plan and execute disease/illness prevention and health promotion programs.
  • To coordinate follow-up meetings with patients and monitor their health condition after surgery or treatment.
