About the Role:

  • Manage accounting operations, including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, cost accounting, and revenue recognition.
  • Publish timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
  • Coordinate regulatory reporting and tax filings.
  • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain internal controls.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders for financial planning and analysis.
  • Lead audits and liaise with external auditors as needed.
  • Maintain QuickBooks accounts and ensure accurate financial data entry and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience as a Financial Controller or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and QuickBooks.
  • Hands-on experience working with US clients is essential.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to collaborate across teams.
  • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
