  • We are expanding our India-based team and are looking for passionate individuals who would like to join us in developing algorithms that enable support for devices with Non-Volatile memories.

Responsibilities:

The primary responsibility of this role is to write programming algorithms that enable support for devices with Non-Volatile memories. Additional responsibilities include updating existing algorithms with new specification changes from semiconductor manufacturers, analyzing support requests to assess feasibility and identifying all necessary electrical and software requirements, designing and releasing Socket Module adapter boards, evaluating any incoming requests for support of devices, selecting and applying standard engineering techniques and leveraging AI in completing device support engineering tasks, working with QA and the software team on unique testing requirements, troubleshooting and fixing problems found and reported by QA or customers, and maintaining good relationships with semiconductor manufacturer engineers and contacts.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

This position requires a Bachelor's or advanced degree, preferably in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering. Proficiency in C/C++/Assembly languages, Python is also required. In addition, the ideal candidate will be able to leverage AI for research, coding, and troubleshooting problems, have familiarity with EPROM, Flash, Microcontrollers, and PLDs, as well as communication protocols SPI, I2C, UART, SWD, JTAG. Familiarity with signal integrity, ground bounce, power supply noise, etc., is also desired. The ability to learn quickly and work independently or in a team environment is crucial. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues efficiently, ability to multitask and pay close attention to detail, and strong written and verbal communication skills are also essential.
