Job Title: Cloud Support Specialist As a Cloud Support Specialist, you will play a key role in providing exceptional support to our clients. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining Windows Server environments, delivering remote support services, handling end-to-end migration of applications and infrastructure to the cloud, and providing expert-level support for Office 365. Responsibilities:
  • Manage and Maintain Windows Server Environments: Ensure the smooth operation of Windows Server environments, including installation, configuration, patch management, and performance tuning.
  • Deliver Remote Support Services: Provide timely and effective remote support to clients, resolving issues related to cloud services, server infrastructure, networking, and productivity software.
  • Handle End-to-End Migration: Oversee the migration of applications and infrastructure to the cloud, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.
  • Provide Expert-Level Support for Office 365: Offer advanced support for Office 365, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and other associated services.
  • Configure and Troubleshoot Printers: Set up and troubleshoot printers across various network environments.
  • Implement and Troubleshoot Networking Solutions: Design and resolve networking issues, including VPN, VLAN, firewall configurations, and TCP/IP protocols.
  • Administer Active Directory: Manage Active Directory environments, including user/group management, GPO deployment, and DNS configuration.
  • Configure and Optimize RDP: Set up and optimize Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) for secure remote access.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Hands-on Experience: Practical experience in cloud support and administration is an added advantage.
  • Strong Proficiency in Office 365: Solid understanding of Office 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
  • Solid Understanding of Windows Server: Familiarity with Windows Server operating systems (2019/2022) and Active Directory management.
  • Experience with Printer Setup: Knowledge of printer setup and troubleshooting across different network configurations.
  • Knowledge of Networking Principles: Understanding of networking principles and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
  • Ability to Provide Effective Remote Support: Strong problem-solving skills and customer-centric attitude required.
  • Certifications: Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or similar would be a plus.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical users.
