High-Level Data Expertise

  • We are seeking a skilled Senior Data Engineer with extensive experience in designing and building large-scale data pipelines.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing complex datasets based on business requirements and constructing big data pipeline architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, construct, test, and maintain data acquisition pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
  • Build datasets using data engineering principles.
  • Construct data pipeline architectures.
  • Identify opportunities for data acquisition through collaboration with stakeholders and clients.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Python, Google Cloud Ecosystem, including Data Flow, DataStream, CDC (Change Data Capture), Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, Pub Sub, BigQuery, Cloud Storage.
  • Experience with logs and alerts to effectively monitor data pipelines.
  • Knowledge of SAP SLT for replicating SAP tables to Google Cloud using SLT.
  • Ability to develop JSON messaging structures for integrating applications.
  • DevOps and CI/CD practices (GitHub, Terraform) to ensure reliability and scalability of data pipelines.
  • Partitioning, clustering, and retrieving content in Big Query using IAM roles & Policy Tags to secure data.
