As a seasoned professional, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless data processing and integrity.

Main Responsibilities
  • Effective communication skills with strong verbal and written abilities
  • Meticulous attention to detail for precise data entry, including capturing ocean transportation documents
  • Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience with export-import customs filing procedures (India)
  • Strong understanding of customs regulations, critical timelines, and deadlines
  • Proficient in Excel with ability to work on multiple files simultaneously
  • Strong organizational skills for efficient task management
  • Accurate input of information into relevant systems following established guidelines
  • Customer-centric mindset with commitment to meeting deadlines for booking creation and updates
  • Team player with collaborative attitude
  • Basic technical proficiency in CRM tools and software
  • Effective time management to meet deadlines and deliver goals as per defined KPIs
Preferred Qualification Requirements
  • Deep understanding of India customs filing procedures
  • Significant experience in processing India customs documentation
  • Bachelor's degree with strong English communication and email writing skills
  • Proficient in Excel with ability to analyze complex data sets
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts as allocated by vessel schedules, including night shifts
  • Hands-on experience with both import and export customs filing
Working Experience
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in customs filing for India
  • Experience must be with reputable shipping or logistics organizations
