We are seeking an accomplished educator and administrator to serve as a Professor in our Film Production department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing academic programs that meet industry standards and accreditation requirements.

As a key member of the faculty, you will contribute to curriculum development, mentorship, and evaluation of students and staff. Your role will also involve promoting professional development opportunities, fostering a collaborative environment, and encouraging student participation in film festivals and industry events.

You will oversee recruitment, admissions, and retention efforts, providing mentorship and career counseling to support student success. Building partnerships with industry leaders and organizations will also be essential in organizing guest lectures, workshops, and networking events.

In addition to your teaching responsibilities, you will manage the day-to-day operations of the film studio, including equipment procurement and technology upgrades. You will develop long-term goals and strategies for department growth, staying informed about global cinema trends and emerging technologies.

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience in academic administration or operations is also required, along with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
