Backend AI Developer Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Backend AI Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in Python and hands-on experience in backend frameworks, with a preference for Django REST Framework.

The role involves contributing to the architecture and supporting the initial launch of our product. This person should have deep technical expertise in building SaaS and AI software applications from scratch that can scale to a large number of users and be a self-starter who likes to experiment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop scalable and efficient backend systems using Python and preferred frameworks like Django REST Framework, FastAPI or Flask.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver high-quality software products.
  • Contribute to the development of AI agents and integrate them with vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, or Chroma DB.
  • Develop and maintain RAG systems, including reading unstructured files, chunking, vectorizing, retrieving, and evaluating.
  • Work with machine learning algorithms and deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
  • Integrate with LLMs like GPT-4, Claude, Llama, and Gemini.
  • Analyze and visualize data using various tools and techniques.
  • Maintain high-quality code and ensure it is well-documented.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of real-world experience in developing Python applications.
  • Familiarity with agile web development methodologies and version control systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a self-starter attitude.
  • Good English communication skills to collaborate effectively in an international environment.
  • Possession of a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
