Job Role:

">Software Engineering Specialist.

Our organization is looking for a talented Software Engineering Specialist to join our software development team.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java application development, hands-on experience with designing and building scalable backend systems, and a solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and modern development frameworks.

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Designing and developing high-performance, scalable, and secure server-side applications using Core Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies.
  • Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best coding practices and design patterns.
  • Participating in system architecture discussions, solution design, and API specification.
  • Developing RESTful APIs and integrating with external systems, databases, and third-party tools.
  • Performing unit testing, integration testing, and supporting UAT cycles.
  • Troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing application performance across the software lifecycle.
  • Collaborating with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, QA teams, and product managers to deliver complete features.
  • Participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies like sprint planning, reviews, and daily stand-ups.
  • Maintaining and improving existing codebases and peer-reviewing code changes.
  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation and supporting production issues.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of professional experience in Java backend development.
- Proficient in :
1. Core Java, Java 8+, Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC)
2. REST APIs, JPA/Hibernate
3. Maven/Gradle, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
- Solid experience with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle)
